Safety has always been a major concern of the company and is reflected by its low accident record. In addition to using standard safety equipment and procedures, HKO actively promotes new industrial safety concepts to both staff and customers.
We have been awarded the ISO9001:2000 certification therefore the manufacture of all HKO¡¦s gases is carefully controlled to ensure that a consistently high standard of quality and purity is maintained. Our two analytical laboratories in Tseung Kwan O plant and Tai Po plant have been accredited by HOKLAS (The Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme). The laboratories use extensive range of gas chromatography as well as analysers to monitor the quality of the products.
